摘    要:目的:建立以火焰原子吸收法测定碳酸锂片中锂含量的方法。方法:检测波长为670.8nm,灯电流为12.0mA,狭缝宽度为0.4nm,燃气流量为2.2L.min-1,助燃气流量为15.0L.min-1,燃烧器高度为7.5mm。结果:锂线性范围为0.1~1.0mg.L-1(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为99.12%(RSD=0.5%,n=9)。结论:本方法操作简单、结果准确、灵敏度高,可有效控制该药的质量。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To establish a FAAS method for determination of the content of Li in Lithium carbonate tablets.METHODS:The wavelength for determination was at 670.8nm,the electric current of the light was 12.0mA,the slit-width was 0.4nm,the flow rate of burning gas was 2.2L·min-1 and the flow rate of gas to help burn was 15.0L·min-1.RESULTS:The good linear relation was determined as 0.1~1.0mg·L-1 by FAAS with a regression coefficient rate of 0.9999.The average recovery was 99.12%(RSD=0.5%,n=9).CONCLUSION:The method is simple,accurate and sensitive,and can effectively control the quality of Lithium carbonate tablets.
