摘 要: | 目的:观察脑肺康(814)对大鼠常压缺氧肺动脉高压和野百合碱诱发的肺动脉高压两种模型的防治作用.方法:采用心阻抗微分图、右心导管法、化学测量法和病理学方法分别测定观察了肺血管阻抗、肺动脉压、肺组织羟脯氨酸、丙二醛含量及肺组织超微结构的变化.结果:814明显降低平均肺动脉压和平均右心室压、降低肺血管阻抗,减轻右心肥厚程度,降低肺组织羟脯氨酸和丙二醛的含量.减轻肺泡壁肥厚、抑制间质细胞的增殖和炎性细胞的浸润,疗效优于常规药物.结论:814对两种肺动脉高压均有较好的防治作用.其主要作用机理可能与药物抗缺氧、抗自由基和降低胶原含量有关.

Experimental study of the preventive and therapeutic effect of Chinese tranditional medicine 814 on pulmonary artery hypertension. |

Abstract: | Objective: to study the preventive and therapeutic effect of Chinese traditional medicine 814 on two kinds of Wistar rat pulmonary hypertensive model, chronic normobaromic hy-poxia pulmonary hypertension and monoerotaline-induced pulmoanry hypertension. Methods: the authors use the methods of differential map of cardiac impedance, catheterization of right heart, chemical measurement and pathological study to measure the value of pulmonary vascular re-sistence,pulmonary artery pressure, the content of HYP(Hydroxyproline) and MDACMalondiald-hyde),and the variation of supermicro structure of lung tissue. Results: 814 significantly reduced the value of mPAP (mean pulmonary artery pressure) and mRVP (mean right ventricular pressure), alleviated the content of HYP and MDA in lung tissue, reduced the resistence of pulmonary vasculture, inhibit the proliferation of matrix and the invasion of inflammatory cells. Conclusion: 814 was effective on the treatment of both hypoxia pulmonary arterial hypertension and monoerotaline-induced pulmonary arterial hypertension. The mechanism may be correlated to its effect of anti-hypoxia.. anti-OFR and reducing the content of collagen. |
