浅议基层医院急诊科的现状和发展

目的：探讨基层医院急诊科的现状与发展方向。方法：综合分析我国急诊急救专业以及现存的急救医学模式。结果：因地制宜，提出我院急诊科发展的路径。结论：基层医院急诊科的发展方向：“通科医疗，一专多能，医护合作，管理科学”。

Brief Discussion on Current Situation and Development of Hospitals＇ First Aid Branch at the Grass-roots Level

Objective： To explore the current situation and the development direction of hospitals＇ first aid branch at the grass-roots level. Methods： Making a complicated analysis on first aid major of our country and the current first aid mode. Results： To take actions that suit local circumstances, the new train of thought as well as the new development route of our hospital＇s first aid career should be raised. Conclusion： The development direction of first aid branch at the grass-roots level is comprehensive treatment, cooperation between doctors and nurses and scientific management.
