浙江省台州市2003年狂犬病流行病学监测分析

目的:分析2003年浙江省台州市的狂犬病流行特征,探讨经济发达地区狂犬病疫情流行因素及防制措施。方法:收集疫情、个案凋查表及免疫效果监测资料进行分析。结果:2003年全市共发生狂犬病病人16例,是台州市历史新高;发病年龄最小为4岁,最大为77岁;潜伏期最短的16天,最长的296天,平均潜伏期为94天;16例病人均为被犬咬伤,均未注射抗狂犬免疫球蛋白,有5例病人仅接种狂犬疫苗(并进行伤口处理),但均未全程接种;病程最短的当天死亡,最长为6天,平均为3天。结论:养犬等宠物数量多,且无圈养;局部范围内动物间存在狂犬病流行;群众狂犬病防治知识缺乏,未及时、规范进行伤后的处理与预防接种。上述三种因素是导致人间狂犬病疫情上升的主要原因。
