应用光动力治疗瘢痕疙瘩的实验研究

摘    要:
目的:应用瘢痕疙瘩动物模型探索瘢痕疙瘩的有效治疗方法。方法:用临床患者的瘢痕疙瘩组织构建裸鼠的瘢痕疙瘩动物模型,对动物模型进行光动力试验治疗前并对动物模型治疗前、后瘢痕组织的变化进行观察分析。结果:构建的裸鼠动物模型基本保持瘢痕疙瘩的结构特征,光动力治疗后瘢痕组织变小,成纤维细胞减少,胶原纤维减少。结论:光动力疗法治疗瘢痕疙瘩有效。

Abstract:
Objective Explore a effective method to keloid by using animal model of naked mice with keloids. Methods clinical patients with keloid tissue construct keloid animal model of nude mice,the animal models tested photodynamic therapy,and animal model of treatment before and after the change the scar tissue observation analysis. Results The fibroblasts in specimens remained the capability of synthesizing and secreting collagen,the keloid after photodynamic therapy has shrunk, fibroblasts and collagen decreased. Conclusion This procedure showed that it is feasible and reliable to use nude mice as the model of the animal with keloids, photodynamic therapy to treat keloid is effective.
