我院2012年度抗菌药物临床应用情况分析

目的：了解我院2012年度抗菌药物临床应用情况,评价抗菌药物使用的合理性.方法：以卫生部颁布的抗菌药物临床应用指标为标准,对我院门诊和住院患者2012年度每月抗菌药物使用情况进行统计分析.结果：通过抗菌药物临床应用专项整治,到2012年12月,门诊患者抗菌药物处方比例为17.38％,住院患者抗菌药物使用率53.22％,住院患者抗菌药物使用强度40.366DDD,Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药物使用率16.79％,接受抗菌药物治疗住院患者微生物检验样本送检率达53.37％.结论：抗菌药物临床应用基本合理,极少数抗菌药物联用存在不合理现象.

Analysis of 2012 clinical application of antibacterials in our hospital

Objective： To understand the clinical application of antimicrobial agents in our hospital in 2012, to evaluate the reasonable use of antimicrobial drugs. Methods： The clinical use of antibiotics indicators issued by the Ministry of Health as the standard of our hospital outpatient and hospitalized patients with 2012 armual monthly use of antibacterial drugs for statistical analysis. Results： Through the special clinical application of antimicrobial agents in December 2012, the ratio of outpatient antimicrobial pre- scriptions is 17. 38~ and the ratio of inpatient antimicrobial prescriptions is 53. 22%, inpatient antimicrobial use strength is 40. 366 DDD, Class I incision surgery antimicrobial use rate is 16. 79%, and the microbial inspection ratio of test sample of antimicrobial treatment in hospital patients is 53. 37%. Conclusion.. The clinical uses of antibiotics were basically reasonable and unreasonable phenomena associated with the presence of the handful of antibacterial drugs.
