强脉冲光与中药联合治疗面部寻常性痤疮的疗效观察

目的:探讨强脉冲光与中药联合治疗颜面部寻常性痤疮的疗效。方法:选取来笔者科室就诊的颜面部寻常性痤疮患者115例,随机分为试验组及对照组。试验组:采用常规中药,同时配合强脉冲光治疗;对照组:单纯采用中药治疗。两组均外用莫匹罗星软膏,治疗间隔3周,连续治疗4次为1个疗程,疗程结束后评价疗效。结果:1个疗程后评价疗效,试验组有效率90.5%,对照组有效率61.6%,两组疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:强脉冲光与中药联合治疗颜面部寻常性痤疮,比常规服用中药治疗痤疮效果显著,可临床推广应用。

Clinical observation on the efficacy of intense pulsed light therapy combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine to facial acne

Objective To investigate the effect of intense pulsed light therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine to facial acne, providing clinical evidence for intense pulsed light therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine to facial acne. visit to the department of dermatology clinic were Methods A total of 115 facial acne patients who inclouded, which were then randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group were used traditional Chinese medicine combined with the intense pulsed light treatment, the control group were treated only using intense pulsed light, in addition,both groups were topical mupirocin ointment.The therapeutic effect was evaluated after a course of treatment which includes four times treatment and each treatment interval are three weeks. Results We found that the efficiency of the experimental group and control group was 90.5% and 61.6% after a course of treatment, in addition, the difference was statistically significant between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The efficiency of intense pulsed light therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine to facial acne is significant than conventional Chinese traditional medicine.It is worthy to promot.
