| 摘 要： | 区域卫生信息化是社会发展的必然趋势，健康档案共享是区域卫生信息化的核心之一。数据标准、数据结构、数据验证和应用方法是实现健康档案共享的四要素。实现健康信息共享应以《卫生部健康档案数据标准》为导向，借鉴印蜘EHR和HL7CDA的XML树型文档结构，采用XML Schema进行数据验证和面向服务的系统架构。

| Abstract: | The emergence of regional health informationization is an inevitable trend of social development. Health record sharing is one of the core features of regional health informationization. Data standards, data structure, and methods of data verification and application are the four major elements in health record sharing. To implement such sharing, we should base on ＂Data Standards of Health Record＂ published by the Ministry of Health, reference to the tree structure of XML documents according to the OpenEHR specification and HL7 CDA, and adopt an XML schema and a SOA system for data verification. |
