硫辛酸联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效观察

目的观察硫辛酸联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）的临床疗效。方法选取90例DPN患者随机分为常规治疗组（对照组,44例）和硫辛酸联合前列地尔治疗组（治疗组,46例）,疗程3周,于治疗前后观察临床症状,腱反射和肌电图的变化。结果治疗组和常规治疗组的总有效率分别为86.9%和59.1%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论硫辛酸联合前列地尔可有效改善DPN患者的临床症状,疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Efficacy of lipoic acid combined with alprostadil treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy
