综合社会支持对提高乳腺癌化疗期患者应对效果的研究

目的探讨综合护理干预对提高乳腺癌患者化疗期的应对能力和生命质量的效果。方法两组乳腺癌化疗期患者,对照组采用常规护理措施,综合社会支持组（干预组）在常规处理措施基础上,采用综合社会支持,评价两组患者入院后1 d和30 d的领悟社会支持评定量表（PSSS）、医学应对问卷（MCMQ）以及癌症康复评价简表（CARES-SF）评分。结果入院后30 d,两组患者家庭外支持评分明显高于入院后1 d（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）,家庭内支持评分干预组明显高于入院后1 d（P〈0.05）;两组患者MCMQ3个维度：面对、回避、屈服评分均存在显著性差异（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）;干预组患者在生理、心理社会和与医务人员关系维度评分明显下降（P〈0.01）。组间比较,入院后30 d,干预组患者家庭内支持评分明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）,家庭外支持评分显著高于对照组（P〈0.01）;干预组患者生理、心理社会以及与医务人员关系三个维度评分有显著性差异（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）。结论综合社会支持能提高乳腺癌化疗期患者生命质量,增强患者的正性应对。
