小剂量马普替林辅助治疗老年不稳定心绞痛的疗效观察

目的观察小剂量抗抑郁药辅助治疗老年不稳定心绞痛的疗效。方法选择179例已确诊的不稳定心绞痛患者做常规和动态心电图检查后，抑郁状态的诊断抑郁自评量表（SDS），得分50分以上者102人入组，再把抑郁反应组随机分成抗抑郁治疗组（53例）及对照组（49例）。对照组执行常规不稳定性心绞痛的药物治疗，治疗组在常规治疗基础上加抗抑郁治疗，马普替林12．5mg2次/d（中午、睡前服），随访8周。结果治疗组与对照组比较，心肌缺血明显改善（P〈0．05），心绞痛发作次数降低（P〈0．05）。结论对不稳定性心绞痛伴抑郁情绪的老年患者行小剂量抗抑郁药治疗比常规心绞痛治疗疗效好。

Effect of antidepressant on senile unstable angina pectoris patients with emotional disorder

Ahn To observe the effects of antidepressant on of the senile unstable angina pectoris patients accompanied with emotional disorder. Methods A total of 102 senile unstable angina pectoris patients accompanied with emotional disorder randomly were divided into treatment group consisted of 53 eases received anti-depression treatment including estazolam and fluoxetine as well as standard routine treatment and control group consited of 49 eases only given standard routine treatment. Results Compared with the control group,myocardial ischemia in cases of treatment group was improved significantly ;the times of angina pectoris attack were reduced （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Antidepressant treatment is effectve on senile unstable angina pectoris patient.
