| 摘 要： | 肺结核是严重危害人类健康的传染病之一，也是我国重点控制的疾病。自1997年卫生部将肺结核列为乙类传染病管理后。永胜县肺结核疫情报告发病率呈上升趋势，严重危害人民群众的身体健康。为了解永胜县肺结核流行特征，掌握其流行规律，制定切实可行的防治措施，兹对永胜县2000～2009年肺结核流行情况分析如下。
