摘    要:
目的 探讨胃癌CT影像表现特征,提高胃癌CT诊断水平.方法 回顾性分析27例进展期胃癌病例,观察病变部位、 Borrmann分型、胃周径侵范范围、病灶的最大厚度、黏膜是否光整、黏膜皱襞是否增厚、浆膜受侵情况、有无坏死、病变强化程度、强化是否均匀、其他器官受累情况、腹部淋巴结情况.结果 进展期胃癌Borrmann各分型有自身特征性CT表现."白线征"和"晕征"是进展期胃癌的独特征象,具有重要的鉴别意义.胃癌的淋巴结转移有淋巴引流途径密切相关.结论 胃癌CT表现有一定特征性,有助于诊断、分期及治疗.

Abstract:
Objective To approach different computed tomography(CT) imaging characters between gastric cancer and gastric lymphoma and evaluate the level of diagnosis in gastric tumor.Methods Retrospectively review CT imaging of 29 patients with pathologically proved gastric cancer in progression and 25 patients with pathologically proved gastric lymphoma.The following CT findings: sties,appearances,scope of involvement,gastric wall thickness,mucous membrane,mucosal fold,ectoptygma,necrosis,enhancement of CT value,uniformity in enhancement,involvement of other organ,and abdominal lymph nodes.Results Every kind of Borrmann classification of progressed gastric cancer has particular appearance in CT imaging.There are sing of white line adjoining gastral cavity and Halo sing in progressed gastric cancer which has important meaning in discrimination.Metastasis of lymph node surround stomach in progressed gastric cancer relates to methods of lymphatic drainage.Conclusion CT imaging of gastric cancer has some features which can help us make diagnosis and disease staging and decide the method of treatment.
