摘    要:目的:建立以反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法测定岩黄连注射液中脱氢卡维丁含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Dikma Diamonsil C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(40∶60,每1L流动相加3.4g磷酸二氢钾和1.7g十二烷基磺酸钠),检测波长为345nm,流速为1mL·min-1,柱温为25℃。结果:脱氢卡维丁进样量在0.142~2.840μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9991);平均回收率为99.70%,RSD=1.68%(n=9)。结论:本方法准确、可靠、重现性好,可用于岩黄连注射液的质量控制。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE : To establish a RP - HPLC method for the determination of dehydrocavidine in Yanhuanglian injection.METHODS: The determination was performed on a Dikma Diamonsil C18 column(250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) .The mobile phase was acetonitrile- water(40 : 60) supplemented with 3.4 g · L ^-1 KH2PO4 and 1.7 g · L^- 1 sodium dodecylsulphate (SDS) with a flow rate of 1 mL · min^ -1.The chromatogram was detected at 345 nm, and the column temperature was kept at 25 ℃. RESULTS: The calibration curve of dehydrocavidine was linear (r = 0.999 1) within a range of 0.142-2. 840μg.The average recovery of dehydrocavidine was 99.70% (RSD = 1.68%, n = 9). CONCLUSION:The established method is accurate, reliable and reproducible,and it can be used for the quality control of Yanhuanglian injection.
