分化型甲状腺癌131I全身显像采集条件的选择

摘    要:目的:131I全身显像采集条件的优化选择。方法:选择分化型甲状腺癌患者131I全身显像,用不同的速度采集。结果:采集时间长、速度慢ROI组对比于采集时间短ROI组有统计学意义。结论:选择采集时间为200 s的图像较理想,可以提高仪器的工作效率,图像均匀清晰。

Abstract:To choose the optimized acquisition conditions of 131I-whole body scan. Methods Patients with differentiated thyroid cancer underwent 131I-whole body scan with different speed, For the scan of region of interest (ROI), the difference between the group with slower acquisition speed and the group with faster acquisition speed was significant. The optimized acquisition condition is 200 seconds, using which the instrument efficiency can be improved, and the image will be clear and even.
