心电图指数与超声心动图左房功能参数的相关性分析

应用二维多普勒超声心动图和常规心电图对６４例高血压和冠心病患者的心功能进行分析研究，旨在探讨心电图ＰｔｆＶ１及Ｍａｃｒｕｚ指数与超声心动图左房室功能指标的相关性。结果发现心电图ＰｔｆＶ１和Ｍａｃｒｕｚ指数与左房功能指标ＬＡＤ、ＬＡＶ、ＬＡＰ和ＬＡＴ有显著线性相关意义（Ｐ＜０．０１），与左室舒张功能指标Ａ峰、Ａ／Ｅ比值、ＰＦＲ及ＮＰＦＲ呈轻度线性相关意义（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论认为对于心功能正常的高血压和冠心病患者，当心电图左房指标异常时，进一步结合超声心动图检查将有助于早期确定是否存在左室舒张功能不全，同时对全面客观地评价左房功能变化程度有重要意义。

Study on the Relationship between Electrocardiographic Index and Echocardiographic Parameters of left Atrial Function

Two-dimensional Doppler echocardiography(2DE)and electrocardiography(ECG)were used to evaluate the changes of cardiac function in 64 patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease and to analyse the relationship between ECG indexes(PtfV1 and Macruz)and 2DE parameters of the left atrial function.The results showed that there were significant linear correlations between the indexes of PtfV1 or Macruz and 2DE parameters of left atrial function:eft atrial diameters(LAD),left atrial volume(LA),left atrial pressure(LAP)and left atrial tension(LAT).The correlation coefficient PtfV1 rwere 0.56,0.69,0.66 and 0.64;Macruz indexes r were 0.58,0.73,0.69 and 0.66(P<0.05 or 0.01)respecively.There were slight linear correlations between the indexes of PtfV1 or Macruz indexes and parameters of left ventricular diastolic function peak velocity A,A/E ratio,peak filling rate(PFR)and normalized peak filling rate(NPFR),the correlation coefficient PtfV1 r were -0.49,-0.39,0.34,0.28;Macruz r were 0.52,0.76,0.38 and 0.30(P<0.05 or 0.01)respectively. It is concluded that ECG indexes of abnormality if left atrium combined 2DE may by helpful to predict whether latent left ventricular diastolic dyfunction or to evaluate changes degree of left atrium function in patients with essential hypertension and coronary heart disease in normal clinical function.
