| 摘 要： | 本文应用荧光技术，研究了人参皂甙Ｒｅ对人红细胞（ＲＢＣ）膜的作用。结果发现人参皂甙Ｒｅ具有幼稚和成熟红细胞膜的流动性增加的作用，这就从分子水平验证了人参具有保护细胞膜和防治细胞老化的药理作用。

| Abstract: | Using fluorescence technique,we studied the effect of ginsenoside一Re on
membranefluidity of red blood cells in,human.The experiment showed that ginsenoside一Re
enhanced the mem-brane fluidity of both juvenile and mature red blood cells;These results offered
the proof in molecularlevel that ginseng could exhibit protective and anti-ageing effects on cell
membrane。 |
