| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨产道血肿形成的原因及护理措施。方法:回顾分析2002年1月至2004年12月间发生11例产道血肿的临床资料,提出有效的预防和护理措施。结果:产道血肿的形成与医源性损伤、技术操作不当、凝血障碍等有关。结论:提高助产技术及缝合技术,加强产后观察,做好围产期的预防保健是避免和减少产道血肿的有效措施。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the formed reason of the hematoma of the birth canal and it's nursing measures. Method Review and analysis on the 11 cases from Jan,2002 to Dec,2004 were made,and corresponding preventive and nursing measures were put forward. Results The hematoma of the birth canal was relative with medical injury,improper operation and coagulation impediment. Conclusion Improving the lying-in assistant and suturing skill,strengthening postpartum observatim, doing good prevention and nursing works are effective measures of avoiding and reducing the hematoma during the period of birth. |
