应用JS-308结肠透析机配合中药治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床研究

目的:观察JS-308结肠透析机对慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)患者,尤其是高龄或不能CRF常规综合治疗的同时,应用JS-308结肠透析机进行全结肠清洗、结肠透析及中药保留灌肠.结果:34例中显效9例,占26.5%,有效24例,占70.6%,无效1例,占2.9%,总有效率为97.1%.结论:本方法不仅对早、中期肾功能衰竭患者有效,对终末期尿毒症患者也疗效肯定,尤其对高龄或伴有多系统疾病等原因不能接受血液透析和腹膜透析的患者提供了一种安全、无创伤、操作简便、成本低的治疗手段,值得推广应用.

A Clinical Study on Chronic Renal Falilure Treated with the Combination of JS-308 Colonic Dialysis System and the Chinese Traditional Medicine

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Chronic Renal Failure(CRF) patients,especially the elderly ones or the patients of CRF who could not be treated by Hemodialysis.Methods:The routine CRF treatment was used with a combined method of JS-308 colonic dialysis and the Chinese clyster to clean the colon.Results:Of the 34 patients,9(26.5%) showed significant improvement;24(70.6%) showed some improvement;1(2.9%) no improvement with a total of effetive rate of 97.1%.Conclusion:The combined method is effective in early and intermediate CRF patients and obviously effective in end-stage patients.It provides a treatment method especially to the CRF patients who are elderly and/or can not be treated by Hemodailysis or peritoneal dialysis.
