摘    要:
接待和处理食品卫生质量投诉工作是政府卫生行政部门的一项为民办实事的行政行为。确定食品卫生质量投诉的概念、特点 ,按其性质分为常见性和特殊性两种。针对常见食品卫生质量投诉内容 ,分析其背景 ,提出“严格依法办事 ,遵守法定程序、慎重作出结论、做好宣传教育”的处理原则 ,以及处理的步骤与要求。

Abstract:
Receiving and dealing with the food hygiene quality appeal is a kind of administration action which serves of people by the govemental sanitary administration department.This paper defines the concept and characteristics of ths food hygiene quality appeal,which can be divided into commonness and specialness according to tis property.It also introduces the appeal content,analyzes its background,puts forward the treatment principle of "strictly obeying the law and legal procedure,drawing conclusion carefully,and making propagation and education"and the corresponding procedure and requirements.
