| 摘 要： | 目的探讨男性乳腺癌的临床特征及合理的临床治疗。方法对1998～2008年收治的20例男性乳腺癌进行回顾分析结果经过中位60个月的随访，5年总生存率为90％，在预后相关指标单因素分析中，未能发现年龄、肿瘤大小、临床分期、腋窝淋巴结转移等因素对预后产生的影响。结论男性乳腺癌的治疗应采取手术治疗、化疗、内分泌治疗相结合的综合治疗措施。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinicopathological characters in male breast cancer and find a reasonable treatment strategy. Methods Twenty male breast cancer patients from 1998 to 2008 were reviewed. Results During a median follow-up of 60 months, 5-year survival rate was 90%. Age, tumor size, TNM stage, axillary lymph node metastases and so on had no influence on prognosis. Conclusion The optimal treatments of male breast cancer include opreation, chemotherapy, endocrine therapy |
