摘    要:目的 评价微创锁定钢板治疗复杂股骨远端骨折的疗效.方法 应用微创复位锁定钢板治疗复杂股骨远端骨折21例,采川股骨远端锁定钢板,观察手术时间、术中出血量、切口长度、术后膝关节功能、骨折愈合情况.结果 手术时间60~130 min,术中出血约200~400 ml,手术切口长5~6 cm.随访6~20个月,按HSS标准,膝关节功能优良率90.48% .结论 微创锁定钢板治疗复杂股骨远端骨折手术时间短,术中创伤小、出血少,固定可靠,能早期锻炼,骨折愈合效果显著.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive locking compression plate(LCP) osteosynthesis in the treatment of distal femur fracture.Methods A total of 21 cases with distal femur fracture was treated with minimally invasive LCP.Operation time,blood loss, length of incisions, function of the knee and clinical healing condition were analyzed.Results The operation time was 60 to 130 min.The blood loss was 200 to 400 ml.The length of incision was 5 to 6 era.The patients were followed up for 6 to 20 months.The function of the knee was graded HSS excellent and good rate of 90.48%.Conclusion The clinical application of minimally invasive LCP osteosynthesis in distal femur fracture has the advantages of less operation time, invasion and blood loss, stable fixation, early mobilization, and high union.
