| 摘 要： | 目的:考察不同透皮促进剂对左旋延胡索乙素体外经皮渗透的影响.方法:采用Valia-Chien双室渗透扩散池,以大鼠离体皮肤为渗透屏障,用高效液相色谱法对左旋延胡索乙素进行含量测定,考察化学类、天然类渗透促进剂单用和合用对左旋延胡索乙素的促透效果.结果:化学类促进剂单用时,8％氮酮促透效果最佳,平均渗透速率达21.153μg·cm-2·h-1.天然类促进剂单用时,2％薄荷醇和5％桉叶油促透效果较佳,但平均渗透速率约为8％氮酮的一半.促进剂合用时,薄荷油或薄荷醇与8％氮酮合用的促透效果较好,均比单用8％氮酮有显著性增加(P＜0.05).结论:薄荷油或薄荷醇与8％氮酮合用对左旋延胡索乙素饱和溶液体外渗透具有较好的促透效果,天然类和化学类渗透促进剂合用具有良好的加和作用.
