| 摘 要： | 目的：采用高效液相色谱法测定咳特灵胶囊中马来酸氯苯那敏的含量。方法：用迪马C18为色谱柱，流动相：乙腈-1％三乙胺与1％磷酸溶液（16，84），流速：1．0mL·min^-1，检测波长：270nm。结果：马来酸氯苯那敏的线性范围为0．418-4，18峭（r=0.9999），平均回收率为100．70％（n=9），RSD为2．0％。结论：本法快速、简单、准确，专属性强，分离效果好。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：An HPLC method was established for the determination of Chlorphenamine Maleate in Keteling Capsule. Methods：A Diamonsil C18 column was used with acetonitrile-1% phosphoric acid and 1% triethylamine solution （16： 84） as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL· min ^-1, and the detecting wavelength was 270 nm. Results： The linear range of Chlorphenamine Maleate was0. 418-4. 18μg, r=0. 9999, the average recovery rate was 100. 70% （n=9）, and RSD was2.0%. Conclusion：The method was fast, simple, accurate, specific and with a good separation result. |
