针对性干预在母乳喂养宣教中的作用探讨

目的：利用护理干预,针对性的进行母乳喂养宣教,以提高母乳喂养率,建立稳定的家庭支持系统。方法：将100例产妇分为对照组和干预组,分别采用常规的宣教方法和针对性干预的宣教方法,然后进行统计学分析。结果：干预组宣教效果明显优于对照组,两组数据比较,差异有统计学意义（P=0.01837）。结论：针对性干预在母乳喂养宣教中的作用是明显的,可以在一定程度上建立母乳喂养较稳定的家庭支持系统,较好地提高母乳喂养率。

Discusses the function of pointed intervention in the breast feeding propaganda

Objective：Use nursing intervention, pointed carries on the breast feeding propaganda, enhances breast feeding rate, establishes the stable family support program. Methods： To the control group and the intervention group, used conventional separately the propaganda method and the pointed intervention propaganda method, then carried on statistics analysis. Results： The intervention group was better than the control group in the effect of propaganda. Two numbers of classes occupied the significance difference （P=0.018 37）. Conclusion： The function of pointed intervention is obvious in the breast feed-ing propaganda, may in the certain extent establish the breast feeding stable family support program, enhances breast feeding rate well.
