改善静脉补钾刺激疼痛的研究

目的探讨改善患者静脉补钾刺激疼痛的方法。方法选择意识清醒,反应清晰的静脉滴注氯化钾治疗的患者80例,观察氯化钾静脉滴注浓度、持续时间、剂量、滴速与疼痛关系。结果氯化钾静脉滴注浓度、滴速、持续时间、剂量与患者疼痛呈正相关,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论降低氯化钾静脉滴注浓度、滴速、持续时间、氯化钾剂量,可以取得缓解静脉补钾疼痛的效果。

Intravenous Potassium to Stimulate the Improvement of Pain Research

Objective Correction of potassium stimulate pain in patients with venous approach.Methods Choose a sober awareness,reaction clear intravenous potassium chloride treatment of patients with 80 cases,Observe the concentration of potassium chloride intravenous infusion,duration,dosage,Infusion rate and pain relationship.Results KCl concentration intravenous drip,drip,duration,and dose was positively correlated with pain,with statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion To reduce the concentration of potassium chloride intravenous infusion,Infusion rate,duration,potassium chloride dose,Can get the pain to ease the effect of intravenous potassium.
