射频治疗常年性变应性鼻炎的临床研究

目的 探讨射频行筛前神经分支和下鼻甲点状烧灼术治疗常年性变应性鼻炎（PAR）的疗效。方法 在鼻内窥镜下运用射频治疗PAR患者48例（手术组），手术同时射频行双侧鼻腔筛前神经鼻外侧支和鼻中隔支以及双下鼻甲黏膜点状烧灼术，用症状和体征评分方法评定其疗效，并与保守治疗患者27例（对照组）进行比较。结果 一年后手术组有效率为98％，对照组为67％，其差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论 鼻内窥镜下筛前神经分支和下鼻甲联合射频术是治疗PAR的一种有效而简便的方法，联合手术疗效更确切。

The clinical study in treating perennial allergic rhinitis by radio frequency

Objective To reseach the effect of perennial allergic rhinitis (PAR) with anterior- ethmoid and inferior nasal cauterization by radio frequency under nasal endoscope. Methods Total 75cases of PAR were experimented. 48 cases(operation group)of PAR were performed with anterior- ethmoid and inferior nasal operation,the surgery effect was evaluated according to the Chinese Hai Kou allergic rhinitis diagnosis and curative access standard (1997) and compared with 27cases of medical group by clinical symptoms and signs scores.Results Over one year,total improved rates were 98% in operation group but 67% in medical group.The difference between two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions The operation with anterior ethmoid and inferior nasal cauterization by radio frequency under nasal endoscope was effective and simple method in treating PAR.
