| 摘 要： | 目的：观察镍铬合金烤瓷冠的疗效及产生并发症的原因,以及处理办法。方法：收集800病例共1120件镍铬合金金属烤瓷冠,对其产生的并发症进行分析。结果;共有86件垮瓷冠出现各类并发症,占7．14％。食物嵌塞21件;基牙牙龈炎20件;基牙龈缘变色17件;基牙根尖周炎8件;牙髓炎5件;崩瓷5件;烤瓷桥脱落5件;基牙松动3件;桥体折断2件。结论：烤瓷冠的并发症与基牙的制备方式、制备量、临床设计、适应证的选择以及烤瓷材料的选择等有关。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observethe curative effects of nickel-chromium alloy porcelain crown and the causes of and solutions to the complications. Methods： Making analysis on 800 cases 1120 of nickel-chromium alloy porcelain crown. Results： 86 porcelain crowns have complications of all kinds, which takes up 7. 14%. Food impaction 21 ; original tooth gingivitis 20; color change on original tooth gingival margin 17; original tooth periapical periodontitis 8; pulpitis 5; fracture and exfoliation 5; disengagement on prostheses 5; original tooth loose 3 and fracture on abutment 2. Conclusion： The complications of porcelain crown are related with many factors, including the form, quantity and clinical design of original tooth and the choice of porcelain crown materials. |
