HIV初筛检测的室内质控结果分析

目的对联合应用＂即刻法＂和Levery-Jenning（L-J）质控图进行HIV初筛检测室内质控及其影响因素研究。方法利用检测数据做＂即刻法＂和L-J质控图,对质控结果进行分析。结果通过应用＂即刻法＂和L-J质控图质控方式,发现检测失控;仪器设备、检测试剂、实验室操作、环境温湿度、质控品等各种因素,均可引起HIV初筛检测失控。将这些影响因素控制在正常范围内,则检测结果在控制范围内。结论联合应用＂即刻法＂和L-J质控图,是一种较好的HIV初筛检测室内质控方法。

Analysis of laboratory quality control of HIV screening tests

Objective To study the laboratory quality control of human immunodeficiency virus（HIV） screening tests and the affecting factors by combined using Grubbs and Levery-Jenning（L-J） methods.Methods Testing data were used to draw Grubbs and L-J quality control charts and the calculation results were analyzed.Results Through combined using Grubbs and L-J quality control charts,factors affecting the HIV screening test were identified,which included： tests being out of control,instruments,reagents,laboratory operation,ambient temperature and humidity,quality control products,etc.,and all these factors might lead to uncontrollable HIV screening test.Only by placing them under control,could the test results become normal.Conclusion The combined use of Grubbs and L-J quality control charts is a good approach toward laboratory quality control of HIV screening tests.
