| 摘 要： | STAT3,STAT5的异常表达和活化,与肿瘤的发生、发展及恶性生物学行为关系密切。STAT3,STAT5靶向治疗是目前肿瘤治疗领域研究的热点之一,并显示出良好的治疗前景。现就该方向研究的最新进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | There is a close relationship between excessive expression and activate of STAT3,STAT5 and the occurrence,development and the malignant biological behavior of the tumor.Targeted tseatment STAT3,STAT5 is one of the hot spots currently and display the promising treatment prospect.This article reviews the latest progress in this area. |
