阿仑膦酸钠与降钙素联合治疗骨质疏松症疗效观察

目的观察阿仑膦酸钠与降钙素联合治疗骨质疏松症的临床效果。方法采用阿仑膦酸钠10mg／d口服，降钙素第一周50IU，1次／d，以后每周肌内注射50Iu2次，连续治疗1年。对照组36例，降钙素，50IU／支，第1周50IU，1次／d，以后每周肌内注射50IU2次，连续治疗1年，用药前后所有病例均测定骨密度。结果阿仑膦酸钠与降钙素联合治疗骨质疏松，疼痛减轻总有效率90．0％，治疗组的骨密度改善情况明显优于对照组P〈0．05（t=2．047）。结论阿仑膦酸钠与降钙素联合治疗骨质疏松是一种值得推荐的治疗方法。

Efficacy of Alendronate Sodium combined with calcitonin in treatment of osteoporosis

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Alendronate Sodium combined with cafcitonin in treatment of osteoporosis. Methods In treatment group Alendronate Sodium had been given orally in a dose l0 mg one time daily and calcitonin given in a dose of 50 IU one time daily in the first week then 50 IU two times weekly from the second week for twelve months. In the control group only calcitonin had been given as the treatment group Bone density was measured before and after therapy. Results Compared with control group the o- verall efficacy rate in the reducing pain was better 90% and Bone density was improved obviously in treatment grouP（X^2 = 5.01 P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The combination of Alcndronate Sodium with calcitonin is a recommendable overall method in treatment of osteoporosis
