| 摘 要： | 骨髓增生异常综合症(MDS)是造血干细胞克隆性疾病,以无效造血和可转变为急性白血病为特征,大约有30%的病例可转变成急性白血病.这种转变则在高危的MDS患者中更为常见,故又称为继发性急性髓系白血病(sAML或MDS/AML).化疗对这类疾病-般很难奏效,唯-治愈的方法就是异基因造血干细胞移植,但是只有很少的病人适合移植.所以,对MDS发生和发展的机制研究和为临床开发其有效药物显得特别重要.本文将从染色体异常、DNA异常甲基化和AMLI/RUNXI,FLT- 3,PI-PLCβ1基因突变这三个方面进行介绍.

| Abstract: | Myelodysplastic syndrome(MDS) is a clonal hematopoietic stem cell disorder characterized by ineffective hematopoiesis and a risk of transformation into acute leukemia.Approximately 30% of patients with MDS will progress and develop into acute myeloid leukemia(AML),especially in the patients with high-risk MDS,which can be named as secondary acute myeloid leukemia(sAML or MDS/AML).Generally,chemotherapy for sAML hardly has any efficacy.The only way to cure the patients with sAML is allogeneic hematopoietic s... |
