妇科手术后患者下肢深静脉血栓的风险评估及护理对策

目的评估妇科手术后患者发生下肢深静脉血栓(LEDVT)的高危影响因素并制定优质化护理对策。方法选取我院2017年6月至2019年6月接受妇科手术治疗的480例患者,根据术后是否发生LEDVT分为发病组(44例)与非发病组(436例),进行Logistic多因素风险评估。结果 Logistic多因素回归分析结果显示,年龄、血栓栓塞史、手术方式、术后卧床时间、血瘀均为妇科手术后患者发生LEDVT的影响因素(P <0.05)。结论年龄、血栓栓塞史、手术方式、术后卧床时间、血瘀均为妇科手术后患者发生LEDVT的影响因素,因此采取优质化护理对策对于预防LEDVT发生具有积极的作用。

Risk Evaluation and Nursing Strategies of Lower Extremity Deep Vein Thrombosis in Patients after Gynecological Surgery

Objective To evaluate the high-risk influencing factors of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis(LEDVT) in patients after gynecological surgery, and to formulate the high quality nursing strategies. Methods 480 patients undergoing gynecological surgery in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected and divided into onset group(44 cases) and non-onset group(436 cases) according to whether LEDVT occurred after surgery or not. Logistic multifactor risk evaluation was carried out. Results Logistic multivariate regression analysis results showed that the age, thromboembolism history, surgical method, postoperative bed rest time and blood stasis were influencing factors of LEDVT in patients after gynecological surgery(P <0.05). Conclusions Age, thromboembolism history, surgical method, postoperative bed rest time and blood stasis were influencing factors of LEDVT in patients after gynecological surgery. Therefore,high-quality nursing strategies has positive role in the prevention of LEDVT.
