循证护理对艾滋病患者自我管理能力及生活质量的影响

目的探讨循证护理对艾滋病患者自我管理能力及生活质量的影响。方法选择2016年5月至2018年5月我院收治的艾滋病患者90例,随机分为对照组和观察组各45例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予循证护理,对比两组患者护理前后的自我管理能力及生活质量。结果护理前,两组的自我管理能力评分、生活质量各维度评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组的自我管理能力评分、生活质量各维度评分明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论循证护理可提升艾滋病患者的自我管理能力,改善其生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Influence of Evidence-Based Nursing on Self-Management Ability and Quality of Life of AIDS Patients

Objective To explore the influence of evidence-based nursing on self-management ability and quality of life of AIDS patients. Methods 90 cases of AIDS patients admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to May 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given evidence-based nursing on the basis of the control group. The self-management ability and quality of life before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results Before nursing, no statistical difference was found in the scores of self-management ability and quality of life between the two groups(P >0.05). After nursing, the scores of self-management ability and quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Evidence-based nursing can improve the self-management ability and quality of life of AIDS patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
