经皮椎间孔镜TESSYS技术对腰椎间盘突出症患者腰部疼痛程度及腰椎功能的影响

目的探讨经皮椎间孔镜TESSYS技术对腰椎间盘突出症患者腰部疼痛程度及腰椎功能的影响。方法选取2014年3月至2019年4月我院收治的120例腰椎间盘突出症患者,根据手术方式不同分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组采用椎板开窗髓核摘除术治疗,观察组采用经皮椎间孔镜TESSYS技术治疗。术后随访6个月,对比两组患者的腰部疼痛程度及腰椎功能。结果术前,两组患者的腰痛VAS评分比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);术后3个月、 6个月,观察组的腰痛VAS评分均低于对照组(P <0.05);术前,两组患者的JOA评分比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);术后3个月、 6个月,观察组的JOA评分均高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论经皮椎间孔镜TESSYS技术可显著降低腰椎间盘突出症患者的腰部疼痛程度,有利于其腰椎功能恢复。

Influence of Percutaneous Intervertebral Foramen Endoscopy TESSYS Technique on Lumbar Pain Degree and Lumbar Spine Function of Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective To explore the influence of percutaneous intervertebral foramen endoscopy TESSYS technique on lumbar pain degree and lumbar spine function of patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods 120 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital from March 2014 to April 2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different surgical methods, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received vertebral plate windowing lumbar discectomy. The observation group was treated with percutaneous intervertebral foramen endoscopy TESSYS technique. Following up for 6 months, and the lumbar pain degree and lumbar spine function were compared between the two groups. Results Before surgery, no statistical difference was found in backache VAS score between the two groups(P >0.05). 3 months and 6 months after surgery, the backache VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P <0.05). Before surgery, no statistical difference was found in the JOA score between the two groups(P >0.05). 3 months and 6 months after surgery, the JOA scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusions Percutaneous intervertebral foramen endoscopy TESSYS technique can significantly reduce the lumbar pain degree of patients with lumbar disc herniation, which is conducive to the recovery of lumbar spine function.
