| 摘 要： | 用放射免疫法测定５２例海洛因依赖者及３８例正常对照者血清ＦＳＨ、ＬＨ、Ｔ、Ｅ２、ＴＳＨ、Ｔ４、Ｔ３含量，对比分析两组各指标的变化。结果：男性海洛因依赖组ＬＨ、Ｔ降低显著（Ｐ＜０．０５、Ｐ＜０．０１）；女性海洛因依赖组Ｅ２降低非常显著（Ｐ＜０．００１）。男女性海洛因依赖组ＴＳＨ、Ｔ３均显著低于正常组。本结果提示阿片类毒品通过下丘脑－垂体致人体性腺、甲状腺功能损伤，尤其对前者损伤可造成阳痿或闭经

| Abstract: | Serum content of FSH,LH,T,E2,TSH,T3,T4 was detected with radioimmunoassay in 52 heroin addicts and 38 healthy persons. The result showed that serum content of LH, T in male heroin addicted group significantly decreased(P<0.05,P< 0.01)compared with that of the healthy person group, and E2 level of female addicts significantly decreased(P<0.001). The content of TSH and T3 in heroin addict group was lower than that of healthy person group(P<0.05,P<0.01).These showed that the functions of sex gland and thyroid gland were destroyed by heroin, which worked on hypogonada and hypothalamus and impotence or amenorrhoea might occur if sex gland was destoryed. |
