| 摘 要： | 网上医院综合应用信息平台应具备预约挂号、视频诊疗、药品配送、网上付费等基本功能，通过就医导诊、就医提醒、信息发布、健康档案系统等辅助手段更好地保障网上医院工作的开展。创新服务模式，构建实体与虚体相结合的网上医院，实现就医流程便捷化，信息交流实时化，院前院后一体化，提升医院服务品质。通过整合资源和规范管理，实现院内院外一体化，提高医院的整体服务效率。

| Abstract: | Including the basic functions of online registration, video diagnosis and treatment, drug distribution, online payment, the information platform promotes the development of online hospital by providing the services such as guidance, warning, information distribution and health records. To simplify the process and ensure the exchange of information in time as well as integrate the departments of clinic and logistics, the service modes should be innovated with the combination of virtual and real devices, which improve the quality of medical services and realize the integrate of inside and outside of the hospital. |
