医学本科生和硕士研究生焦虑和抑郁状态研究

目的研究在读医学本科生和硕士研究生焦虑和抑郁状态。方法对在读的本科生和硕士研究生进行综合医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)检测,在符合要求的研究对象中随机选择,每组100例,分析对比调查的结果。结果医学硕士研究生焦虑和抑郁的调查得分均略高于在我校同期在读的本科生,但差异无统计学意义。结论医学本科生和硕士研究生存在比较多的焦虑和抑郁状态,硕士研究生的问题相对更加突出。早期发现、早期治疗有助于改善医学生的心理健康水平。

Study on Comorbid Anxiety and Depression in Medical Bachelor and Postgraduates

Objective To study the anxiety and depression status of undergraduate and postgraduate students in medicine.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among undergraduate and postgraduate students in our school by comprehensive hospital anxiety and depression scale(HADS)and depression self-rating scale(SDS),randomly selected among the eligible subjects,100 cases in each group.Analyzed and compared the results of the survey.Results The scores of anxiety and depression of medical graduate students were slightly higher than those of undergraduates who were studying at the same time in our school,but there was no statistical difference.Conclusion There are more anxiety and depression status among medical undergraduates and postgraduates,and the problems of graduate students are more prominent.Early detection and early treatment can help improve the mental health of medical students.
