吴瑞甫《卫生学讲义》科学与人文健康理念评析

As an outstanding traditional physician and educator,WU Ri-fu tries his best to seek the opinion of Hygiene in confucian classics,history,philosophy and literature as well as writings and translations of Western Medicine.His explicating of Healthy Mind in Lectures on Hygiene is reasonable.First on philosophical health——Perfect upright virtue①The spiritual health of Taoist tranquility and peace.②Moral health of Confucian harmonious with heat and spirit.③Health-preserving in four seasons,combined dynamic and static exercise,and diet so on.It is consistent with the health concepts such as“nature,meditation,omnivorous,suitable labor and careful treatment”.Combination of form maintenance and dynamic maintenance,this may cause heaven-man,yin-yang,qi-blood,viscera tuneful,then for“harmory between man and nature”“reestablishment to yin-yang equilibrium”“form with spirit”.That’s for the implication of“Mutual aid of harmonious and logic”,meanwhile,it reveals the scientificity and humanity.Furthermore,there is a clear understanding of the anatomy viscera in modern western medicine and the convergence of vaporized viscera in TCM.
