快速康复外科理念在泌尿外科手术围手术期中的应用

目的探讨快速康复外科(enhanced recovery after surgery,ERAS)理念应用在泌尿外科手术患者围手术期的临床应用价值。方法选取2018年10月-2019年1月在本院进行手术的泌尿外科疾病患者100例,随机分为ERAS组(50例)和对照组(50例)。ERAS组使用相关ERAS护理程序,对照组采用常规护理。结果 ERAS组术后的首次肛门排气时间、下床时间、住院时间与对照组相比均明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),患者的治疗依从性和护理满意度相较于对照组明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。ERAS组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在泌尿外科手术中应用ERAS可以有效地减少手术创伤应激、减少住院时间、降低住院费用和减少手术并发症,从而加快了患者的康复。

Application of the Concept of Enhanced Recovery After Surgery in the Perioperative Period of Urological Surgery

Objective To explore the clinical value of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS) concept in perioperative period of patients underwent urological surgery. Methods 100 patients underwent urological surgery in the hospital during October 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into the ERAS group(n=50) and the control group(n=50). The ERSA group was implemented the related ERAS nursing methods, the control group was given routine nursing. Results Compared with the control group, the first pass gas time, bedtime, and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than theose of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05), and the treatment compliance and satisfaction of nursing was significantly improved compared with the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the ERAS group was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Application of ERAS in urological surgery can effectively reduce surgical traumatic stress, hospitalization time, hospitalization costs and surgical complications, thus accelerating the recovery of patients.
