试析不同血液检验指标对冠心病患者的临床诊断价值

目的探析不同的血液指标检验对冠心病患者的诊断价值。方法抽取我院2017年1月——2018年4月收治的73例冠心病患者作为观察组;选择同期与院内检查的健康人员73名作为对照组。分别对两组的红细胞分布宽度、血小板参数、首次心肌标志物浓度等血液检验指标进行检测,对比两组研究对象的检验结果。结果两组在PLT、PDW、PCT、MPV等各项血小板参数指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05);对照组的c TnI、cTnT、hs-cTnT低于观察组;观察组患者的红细胞分布宽度、CK-MB均高于对照组,组间各数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论各项血液检验指标均予冠心病的病理有些密切的关系,尤其是红细胞分布宽度、首次心肌标志物浓度,可将其作为该疾病在临床上诊断的重要依据,具有较高的临床价值。

Analysis of the Clinical Diagnostic Value of Different Blood Test Indexes in Patients With Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of different blood test for patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 73 cases of patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to April 2018 were selected as observation group, and 73 healthy persons who were examined in the same period and in the hospital were selected as control group. The distribution width of erythrocyte, platelet parameters and the first concentration of myocardial markers were detected in the two groups, and the results of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in PLT, PDW, PCT, MPV and other platelet parameters between the two groups (P > 0.05). The cTnI, cTnT and hs-cTnT in the control group were lower than those in the observation group, and the distribution width of erythrocyte and CK-MB in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion The blood test indicators are closely related to the pathology of coronary heart disease, especially the distribution width of red blood cells and the concentration of the first myocardial marker. It can be used as an important basis for clinical diagnosis of coronary heart disease and has high clinical value.
