口腔器械消毒灭菌存在的问题与解决对策

针对国内口腔器械消毒灭菌存在的问题,检索中国知网、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库,时限为2013年1月-2018年6月,查阅相关文献30余篇,归纳了国内口腔器械消毒灭菌存在的问题,包括传染性患者使用风险、口腔器械清洗消毒灭菌不规范、设备落后、消毒人员知识欠缺、口腔器械消毒模式存在问题,并对所阐述的问题提出相关对策,以期促进国内口腔器械消毒灭菌工作。

The Problems and Countermeasures of Disinfection and Sterilization of Oral Instruments

Objective In view of the domestic disinfection and sterilization problems of oral instruments, the author searched CNKI, Wanfang database and Chinese biomedical literature database, and the time was limited between January 2013 and June 2018. The author read more than 30 relevant literatures, and summarized the problems existing in disinfection sterilization of domestic dental equipment, including risk of infectious patients, the non-standard disinfection and sterilization of the dental instruments, poor equipments, lack of knowledge of disinfection personnel, problems in dental equipment disinfection mode. The author puts forward relevant countermeasures to these problems, so as order to promote the disinfection and sterilization work of domestic dental equipments.
