自拟益损退翳颗粒治疗青光眼白内障联合术后角膜内皮损伤临床疗效观察

目的:探讨应用自拟益损退翳颗粒治疗青光眼白内障联合术后角膜内皮损伤的临床疗效,为临床治疗该病提供新的参考。方法:选取我院行青光眼白内障联合术后角膜内皮损伤患者78例(78眼),随机分为观察组和对照组各39例(各39眼)。观察组采用妥布霉素地塞米松眼液(碘必殊)、普拉洛芬眼液(普南扑灵)、重组牛碱性成纤维生长因子眼用凝胶(贝复舒)点眼,并联合自拟益损退翳颗粒剂方冲服;对照组仅以碘必殊、普南扑灵、贝复舒点眼。观察两组角膜水肿消退时间、角膜内皮细胞密度变化及视力提高情况,并比较其临床治疗的差异。结果:观察组和对照组的总有效率分别为97.43%和74.35%;两组治疗后其他症状和体征均有改善,观察组治疗后角膜水肿消退时间明显缩短、内皮细胞密度变化明显降低、视力显著提高,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用自拟益损退翳颗粒治疗青光眼白内障联合手术引起的角膜内皮损伤疗效确切、安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Observation of the Self-made Yisun Tuiyi Granules in Treatment of Corneal Endothelial Injury after Combined Operation of Glaucoma and Cataract

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of self-made Yisun Tuiyi Granules in the treatment of corneal endothelial injury after combined glaucoma and cataract surgery and to provide a new reference for clinical treatment of this disease.Methods:78 cases(78 eyes)with corneal endothelial injury after glaucoma and cataract surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 39 case(39 eyes)in each group.The observation group was treated with tobramycin dexamethasone eye drops(Dian-Bi-shu),Praprofen eye drops(Pu-la-luo-fen)and Recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor ophthalmic gel(Bei–fu-shu);and combined with self-made Yisuntuiyi Granules.The control group only dripped eye drops.The regression time of corneal edema,changes of corneal endothelial cell density and improvement of visual acuity were observed,and the difference of clinical treatment was compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 97.43%and 74.35%.After treatment,the symptoms and signs of the two groups were improved.After treatment,corneal edema subsidence time,endothelial cell density and visual acuity of the observation group were significantly shortened,compared with those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The Self-made Yisun Tuiyi Granules is a safe and effective treatment for corneal endothelial injury caused by combined glaucoma and cataract surgery.It is worth of clinical application.
