摘    要:分子生物学是医学检验本科专业的一门主干学科,但由于其内容偏抽象、分子生物技术更新又快,传统的授课式的教学方法往往使得学生的学习效果并不理想。理实融合教学模式将实验教学与理论教学相结合,使抽象的概念形象化、隐晦的知识体系知识具体化,培养学生的科学素养,达到良好的教学效果。分析了目前分子生物学课程在本科教学阶段存在的问题,并以上海健康医学院医学检验技术本科专业,分子生物学理实融合课程为例进行说明,探讨理实融合课程的优越性以及该教学模式对于医学生素养和创新能力的培养的重要意义。

Abstract:Molecular biology is a major undergraduate course for medical laboratory science, but the teaching effect of traditional teaching style is not ideal due to its abstract content and fast updated technology. The teaching mode of integrating theory and practice combines experimental teaching with theoretical teaching to visualize abstract concepts and materialize obscure knowledge systems, so as to cultivate students' scientific literacy and achieve good teaching results. This article takes as an example. Based on a case study of Medical Technology College, Shanghai University of Medicine & Health Sciences, this article analyzes the advantages of integration of practical and rational teaching mode in molecular biology teaching mode and discusses the significance of changing the platform for the cultivation of innovative talents.
