健脾活血方应用于老年血管性痴呆患者效果及对Hcy的影响分析

目的:观察健脾活血方治疗老年血管性痴呆的临床疗效。方法:109例老年血管性痴呆患者采用随机数字表法分为观察组55例和对照组54例,对照组给予丁苯酞口服,观察组联合健脾活血方治疗。对比两组治疗后临床疗效、中医证候积分、生活质量、认知功能、炎症因子水平、高血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)及安全性。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,MoCA评分高于对照组,证候积分、IL-6、TNF-α、hs-CRP及Hcy水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健脾活血方能够有效改善老年血管性痴呆患者认知功能,其机制与健脾祛痰、抗炎、降低Hcy有关,联合常规药物能够进一步提升临床疗效,安全性高。

Effect of Jianpi Huoxue Decoction on Patients with Senile Vascular Dementia and Its Influence on Hcy

Objective:To analyze the effect of elderly patients with vascular dementia treatment with Jianpi Huoxue Decoction.Methods:109 patients with senile vascular dementia in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.54 cases in the control group were given butylphthalide orally,and 55 cases in the observation group were treated with Jianpihuoxue.The clinical efficacy and TCM syndrome scores after treatment were compared.To compare the quality of life,cognitive function,inflammatory factor levels,high plasma homocysteine(Hcy)and safety.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The MoCA score was higher than that of the control group.The syndrome score,IL-6,TNF-α,hs-CRP and Hcy levels were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jianpi Huoxue decoction can effectively improve the cognitive function of senile vascular dementia,and the mechanism of which is related to spleen and spleen,anti-inflammatory and Hcy reduction.Combined with conventional drugs,it can further improve the therapeutic effect and safety.
