新型肩关节镜侧卧位牵引架在肩关节镜手术患者中的应用

目的探讨新型肩关节镜侧卧位牵引架在肩关节镜手术患者中的应用效果。方法将2009年9月至2010年9月于上海市长宁区光华中西医结合医院行肩关节镜手术的100例患者按入院先后分为观察组和对照组各50例,两组患者分别在新型肩关节镜侧卧位牵引架和传统牵引架牵引下行肩关节镜手术。结果与传统牵引架比较,新型肩关节镜侧卧位牵引架的安装复杂性并未增加,两组患者的体位安放时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者的体位安放满意度明显高于对照组患者,并发症的发生率低于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论新型肩关节镜侧卧位牵引架的应用,有利于肩关节镜手术患者的体位安放,提高了术中操作的便利性,降低了术后并发症,值得在临床推广应用。

Application of A Novel Traction Device for Shoulder Arthroscopy of Lateral Position

Objective To explore the application effect of a novel traction device for shoulder arthroscopy of lateral position. Methods Totally 100 patients underwent shoulder arthroscopy of lateral position in Guanghua Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from Sep. 2009 to Sep. 2010 were divided into experimental group with a novel traction device and control group with the traditional device according to random number table, with 50 patients in each group. Results There was no significant difference in com- plication between the novel traction installation and the traditional one （P〈0.05）, and with higher level of satisfaction and lower incidence of complication of the arthroscopic surgeons in acromioplasty and arthro- scopic rotator cuff repair（P〈0.05）. Conclusion With higher level of satisfaction and more convenience Of the arthroscopic surgeons in shoulder arthroscopy of lateral position and less complications,the novel trac- tion device calls for further clinical applications.
