老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿并发自发性气胸48例临床分析

目的探讨老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿并发自发性气胸的临床特点与治疗效果。方法对48例老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿并发自发性气胸患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结该病的发生特点与临床治疗效果。结果 48例老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿并发自发性气胸的患者,其中肺部压缩程度<20%的患者7例,全部治愈;肺部压缩程度>20%的患者有41例,其中治愈35例,死亡6例,治愈率85.37%。不同肺部压缩程度的患者治愈率比较经统计学分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿合并自发性气胸患者的临床症状与体征常呈不典型特点,临床诊治上易造成漏诊、误诊,一旦发生并发气胸,要积极采取相应的治疗措施进行积极治疗。

48 Cases Clinical Analysis of Elderly Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Emphysema Complicated by Spontaneous Pneumothorax

Objective To study the clinical characteristics and treatment effect of Chronic Obstuctive Pulmonary Emphysema(COPD) Complicated by Spontaneous Pneumothorax.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 48 cases of elderly patients with COPD complicated with spontaneous pneumothorax in patients with clinical data,and characteristics and clinical therapeutic effect of this disease were summarized.Results Amorg 48 cases of elderly patients with COPD complicated with spontaneous pneumothorax,7 patients were pulmonary compression level<20%,and all were cured;the degree of lung compression,over 20% patients had 41 cases,35 cases were cured,6 cases died,and the cure rate was 85.37%.Through patients with different degrees of lung compression cure rate compared by statistical analysis,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Elderly patients with chronic obstructive emphysema with clinical symptoms and signs of patients with spontaneous pneumothorax were often atypical features Because of this in clinical diagnosis and treatment,it is easy to cause misdiagnosis.Once pneumothorax occurs,corresponding treatment measures should be actively taken for active treatment.
