肩关节镜治疗肩袖损伤之研究

肩袖损伤是中老年常见的肩关节疾患,其发病率占肩关节疾患的17%～41%。肩关节镜是1958年开始应用于临床,随着新技术、新设备、新课题、新理论的提出和应用,肩袖撕裂的修补术正逐渐由开放手术转向关节镜下微创手术,关节镜下肩袖修补术的手术技术也日益成熟。总之,关节镜下治疗肩袖损伤是未来的发展方向,它不仅视野宽阔,能全面明确病因,而且创伤小,术后康复快。

Research about Application of Arthroscope to Cure Rotator Cuff Injury

Rotator cuff injury is a common disease in middle a ged and old aged,of which,the incidence rate among shoulder joint disease are about 17%～41% .Arthrography was first used in clinic in 1958,which is gradually used to mi croinvasive operation of neoplasty for rotator cuff injury replacing open su rgery with the introduction and application of new techniques,new equipment an d new theory.This kind of neoplasty by arthroscope is becoming mature.So in one word,theray for rotator cuff injury by arthroscope is the future developing direction,which not only can identify etiology generally with bro ad view,but also has some advantages of small wound and rapid postoperativ e rehabilitation.
