| 摘 要： | 本文根据空勤疗养人员文化需求的主要特点，阐述了疗养院开展文化疗养的优势，总结了在空勤疗养院中对飞行人员实施文化疗养的措施，介绍了本院通过强化文化疗养来提高飞行人员疗养质量、提升疗养效果的几点做法，为疗养院不断提升部队软实力和飞行人员疗养效果提供借鉴。 |
