| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨对门诊慢性乙型肝炎患者进行健康教育的效果。方法:通过对42例门诊慢性乙型肝炎患者实施健康教育,以世界卫生组织生存质量测定简表(WHOQOL-BREF)比较门诊慢性乙型肝炎患者健康教育前后的生存质量的变化。结果:通过健康教育,患者生存质量与教育前相比明显提高(p<0.01)。结论:加强门诊慢性乙型肝炎患者的健康教育指导,有助于提高慢性乙型肝炎患者的生存质量。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effect of health education for out-patient with chronic hepatitis B patients.Methods:42 cases of outpatient chronic hepatitis B patients getting health education,the changes in the quality of life after outpatient chronic hepatitis B patients with health education was compared based on the table(WHOQOL-BREF on),the World Health Organization Quality of Life.Results:The patient’s quality of life was significantly improved(p <0.01) ater the health education.Conclusion:Strengthening the out-patient health education for patients with chronic hepatitis B guidance could help improve they quality of life. |
